still no vapes, past the 1 month mark now
I'm starting to broaden my focus of "health" to include the psychological/mental/etc aspects. So like reading vs movies/tv for example. I got a bike recently too. The idea scares me to be honest, but I knew it would. So that will help more for the psychological health than physical health, you see. Plus, if I ever start dating, I would hope they have a bike too, now :P.
Per diet, I need to focus on the ends of the spectrum, cut out the low end, junk and lazy food, and increase the uber health stuffs, like the kale smoothies I do. I think that will take care of the diet.
For sleep, I think keep cutting caffeine off at 5pm, and stop eating at least an hour before sleep, and go to bed earlier than I'm accustomed to. Earlier to bed and earlier to rise, I think. Just think this would be for the good.
I guess this keeps to the point,
