➤ In this Post I am going to show you a tweak from which you can easily Run Gta 4 in 2GB Ram PCs Without Lag, Hang & Stutter this method will work for sure.
➤System Specs in which you will be able to Play Gta 4 without lag & hang after applying the tweak:
Windows: 7/8/8.1/10 (I'm not sure about windows 7 but you can try)
Ram: 2gb / 4gb
Architecture: 64x bit / 32x bit (Yes even in 32bit)
CPU: Intel Core i3 or up
Graphics Card: No need (but if you have then that's good if not then no problem)
Additional: Intel Hd graphics 4000, Dual core processor
